THE BOULOS BROTHERS AND THE HAITIAN ELITE: ENGINE OF CORRUPTION: BILL AND HILARY CLINTON HENCHMEN IN HAITI.

PETIONVILLE, HAITI – Haiti is plagued with endemic corruption, and crimes such as drug trafficking, money laundering, kidnapping, and murders supported, perpetrated and encouraged by members of the Haitian civil society, and corrupt government officials. No single family in Haiti exercises more control over government, business and the overall economy in Haiti including murderous gangs than the Boulos Brothers (Reginald and Rudolph). The Boulos have long cemented their power and authority in Haiti through the bribing of government officials. Their names are synonymous with everything that is wrong in Haiti.  Over the years, they have committed every crime imaginable for which they never have to worry about accountability, the victims of their crimes. Decades of unpunished graft lead many to conclude that the Boulos are untouchable and unlike everyone else are above the law.

Great wealth is often associated with despicable crimes. The pursuit of wealth, power and status driven by unregulated ambitions often result in exorbitant human cost. Few in Haiti have surpassed the Boulos Brothers in terms of crime, greed and sheer vanity. A greed that is virtually incomprehensible leaving their footprints on everything that is illegal and unethical in order to serve their personal interest and grandiosity.

In conducting their business affairs, the Boulos brothers have been ruthless in ways that are unprecedented and unparalleled. In the last two decades, they have caused the death of children, encourage corruption by allegedly bribing government officials, serve supposedly as the money launderer par excellence for assumed drug dealers by selling many cars for cash. Their names as benefactors have been circulating among the street gangs of Port-au-Prince who are responsible for the kidnapping and deaths of business and political opponents. The sheer lawlessness exhibited by the Boulos brothers has earned them friends in high places, people like the “Clintons” – another pariah of American excessiveness.

The Boulos: Alleged Killers of Children –

Dr. Reginald Boulos and his brother Rudolph Boulos have long had a form of control over pharmaceutical products in Haiti. Over the years they have operated many pharmacies and imported numerous drugs and pharmaceutical products to Haiti. Unlike most countries, Haiti does not have reputable agencies to regulate the importations of pharmaceutical products, and the Boulos have used this to their advantage leading to the death of over a thousand children, poisoned by drugs laced with dangerous chemicals.

In the mid-1990’s hundreds of children turned up sick and were admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with acute renal failure. The sheer number of children sent red flags to several international organizations concerned that a pandemic was afoot. As it turned out, it was not a pandemic or an epidemic; it was the greed and avarice of the Boulos brothers that caused the death of hundreds of children.

The Pan American Health Organization and the World Health Organization sent an urgent request to the United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention to investigate the cases of acute renal failure in children as young as three years old. The investigators concluded, based on irrefutable evidence that the culprit was contaminated glycerin used in the production of a locally produced acetaminophen (Valodor and Afebril) by Pharma.

Pharval is a local pharmaceutical company owned and operated by the Boulos Brothers. In an attempt to save money and increase their profits, the Boulos has allegedly used glycerin contaminated with DEG. Since the government is unable to regulate the production or importation of pharmaceutical products, the Boulos took advantage of the situation hoping that no one would find out. But their greed resulted in the death of hundreds of children.

To this day, none of the families of the victims have compensated minimally as the Boulos continue to amass businesses in Haiti. In 2014, some eighteen years after the initial incident, the parents of the victims began legal proceedings, a second attempt seeking to hold the Boulos accountable for their losses. With President Martelly at the helm in Port-au-Prince, a beneficiary of the Boulos largess, the result of their effort was predictable indeed. Nothing happened to the Boulos, and the parents to this day have not received even an apology from the Boulos family. You may wonder how the Boulos family became so powerful?

The election of Jean Bertrand Aristide, cocaine trafficking, and money laundering together provided an excellent opportunity for the Boulos family to operate with impunity and serve as some sort of de facto behind the scene leaders of Haiti. As the owners of the largest pharmaceutical company in Haiti and the most popular radio station in Haiti (Vision 2000), this symbiotic alignment of economic power and mass media reinforced the power of the Boulos.  A perfect avenue to shape public opinions all the while engaging in crimes among them allegedly money laundering.

The Haitian Elite Alleged Money Launderers

One particular drug case of many where the business elite have allegedly laundered  money is the case of Claude Thelemarque a former chief of Police from Leogane. Thelemarque, known as “Teleco” was the police commander of Leogane in charge of sixty police officers.  From 2005 to 2012, over fifty planeloads of cocaine landed in private airstrips in Southern Haiti. Thelemarque and Rodolphe Jaar, another Haitian worked together with two Colombians – Francisco Anchico Candelo and Carlos Acevedo Rincon to import cocaine to the United States. The Colombians would send planeloads of cocaine to Haiti en route to Miami and Chicago. Thelemarque as chief of police would ensure delivery of the cocaine by securing airstrips and provide safe passage through police checkpoints. The men would then arrange to transport the cocaine to Miami, New York, and Chicago. The money, millions of dollars would come back in suitcases using American Airlines and others. Once the money was in Haiti part of it would be transported to the Colombian Cartel, and the Haitian business leaders would allegedly launder the rest for a hefty fee.

In 2014, Claude Thelemarque was arrested by DEA agents inside the US embassy in Port-Au-Prince after Rodolphe Jaar began to cooperate with the DEA and revealed how the conspiracy was hatched. A known drug dealer of Haitian descent who is currently incarcerated in federal prison and interviewed by Omegaworldnews said, “The elite have been involved in money laundering since at least 1989, and over the years they have made a lot of money. How is it possible that people around them such as Claude Thelemarque have been arrested, prosecuted and convicted, yet the elite remains untouchable.”  According to our sources, it appears that their patrons in the United States gave them carte blanche to operate with impunity. Could the Clintons be the chain that holds the Haitian elite?
